What you need
A ZIP containing the project—not a compiled IPA/APK/AAB—and its package manifest, source, and configuration.
What LaunchLayer does
Stores the source archive and guides project setup; supported inspection can identify expected project files.
What you still need to do
Confirm the correct root, dependencies, framework, build output, and environment configuration.
Common problems
Nested archives, missing package files, malformed or unsafe paths, uploaded build output without source, and dependencies that cannot install.
