Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as name, email address, role, organization, and authentication records; subscription and transaction records such as plan, amount, status, renewal, and payment-provider identifiers; project data such as app names, URLs, source references, metadata, reports, comments, approvals, and deployment history; and technical data such as browser, device, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, logs, and usage events.

When you choose to use build or deployment features, we may process source archives, IPA, APK, or AAB files, screenshots, store metadata, bundle IDs, package names, signing and validation results, and encrypted or provider-managed credentials needed to perform the requested operation. Payment card details are collected and handled by Base44 Payments and its payment partners, not stored by LaunchLayer.

We use information to provide and secure the service; authenticate users; process recurring subscriptions; validate, build, upload, monitor, and troubleshoot app releases; generate requested AI-assisted reports and content; provide client review portals; enforce limits and policies; prevent fraud and abuse; communicate service and billing information; provide support; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability.

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, including to infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, AI, email, payment, GitHub, Apple, and Google service providers; to collaborators and reviewers you authorize; in a business transfer; to comply with legal process; or to protect rights, safety, and security. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information.

Store and integration credentials are processed only to provide requested connections and operations and are protected using platform controls, restricted access, encryption or provider-managed authorization where available. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. You are responsible for protecting your account, limiting access to credentials, and promptly revoking compromised keys or tokens.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Retention varies by data type and account status. Deletion requests may not remove information that must be retained by law, exists in secure backups until normal rotation, or is needed for fraud prevention, security, billing, or legal claims.

You may access and update certain account and project information, disconnect integrations, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. We may verify your identity before completing a request. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not itself require immediate deletion of operational or legally required records.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable safeguards. LaunchLayer is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Policy applies.
